Branded Apparel

Screen Printing

At Wizard Creations we do all of our screen printing in-house. All products are directly manufactured and we pride ourselves on having USA made products. We have various types of apparel from hats to hoodies along with many more items to print on.

Embroidery

Embroidery is another type of production that is done in-house at Wizard Creations. The design for the embroidery is stitched into the fabric using an embroidery machine.

3D Heal Seal

Wizard Creations is one of only a few select distributors that uses this amazing 3D heat seal technology. The 3D heat seal is a new innovative technology that makes the heat transfer process run a lot faster and smoother overall.

Laser Etching

Laser Etching has become a new trend in custom apparel and design as a production process used by distributors like us here at Wizard Creations. The process of laser etching is when a lasers burns away a portion of the fabric that the wanted design is being placed onto.

Debossing

The intricate process of debossing creates a unique 3D appearance with a subtle tone-on-tone look for any design that a client wants to use. Our client designs always come out in extraordinary detail onto any item of their choice when they use the deboss production method. It is commonly used to place designs on a lot of leather products like padfolios, which is known as hot stamping.

3D Embroidery / Applique

3D embroidery, also known as puff or foam embroidery, is a technique of garment decoration where the surface of a design is raised up off the fabric in order to give it a 3D look. We do this 3D embroidery process in-house at Wizard Creations. The overall process involves a foam that is inserted under the top stitch of a fabric in order to raise the surface and make the embroidery design look 3D.

Dye Sublimation

Dye sublimation is used to print on polyester and other synthetic fabrics because these materials yield the best results. The reason it works best on these materials are due to the fact that dye sublimation slightly melts the polyester fabric which allow the design to fuse well with the fabric creating a well-rounded design. This process is what makes dye sublimation finished products so durable and colorfast. A fabric with dye sublimation can be washed many times eliminating the fear of damage to the design. The images won’t peel or fade when dye sublimation is used.

Direct 2 Garment

Direct to garment, or DTG, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using a specialized inkjet technology. The specialty inks used in direct to garment are absorbed by the fibers of the fabric which applies them directly onto the garment. This particular technology is widely used by many t-shirt print shops and online t-shirt stores. The digital printing technology of direct to garment is non-contact, meaning the design is printed onto a garment without hand contact allowing for a more precise image. Non-contact with the printing allows the design to avoid image distortion that sometimes occurs in screen printing.

Rhinestone / Bedazzling

Rhinestones and bedazzling are a great way to add some extra bling to clothing and accessories. Rhinestones, studs, glitter, and sequins are all easily applied to garments and accessories through a heat transfer process. Wizard Creations uses a heat press to apply rhinestones which results in a more professional and high quality look on the rhinestoned and bedazzled items. We help our clients with all of their rhinestone and bedazzling needs.

Discharge Printing

Discharge printing is a screen printing process where discharge inks are used instead of normal ink. It’s a highly unique process that strays away from the screen printing norms but it is also a more costly process. This discharge ink, which is a chemical, removes the dye of the garment instead of putting color on top of it. The discharge printing process is similar to bleaching a design but it doesn’t damage the fibers in the way that bleaching would mess with a product. This process is designed for the inks to go directly onto the product. As a result of the discharge printing process the product finishes with an extremely soft print.

Vinyl

Vinyl is a highly versatile heat transfer that is great for decorating fabrics and other non-fabric items. The vinyl material is cut into the shape of the customer’s design and then placed into a heat press that is then pressed onto the fabric. Once the vinyl is pressed onto the fabric the design will last for the entirety of the product’s lifetime. Cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, and canvas are the fabrics that are known work well with the heat vinyl transfer.
