Screen-Printing
Screen printing (or serigraphy) is a time-honored printing technology that is used to print everything from t-shirts and short-run posters, to novelties like coffee mugs, decals, and other fun goodies. Screen printing is most valued for its ability to print on a wide variety of materials with flexibility.
Each color requires a screen. A frame is covered with screen material, and a stencil (film) is affixed to the screen. Solid areas in the stencil block the ink from getting through the screen, while open areas in the stencil allow the ink to flow through. The ink is forced through the screen using a squeegee.
At Wizard Creations, we keep all of our clients screen printing films on file for a minimum of 3 years, so if you need to do a re-order we can use the films from the initial order to save you time and money!
Embroidery
Is the art or handicraft of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn. Embroidery is most commonly used today for use on polos, hats, bags and t-shirts. However, embroidery can be done on nearly any fabric as long as you use the right needle.
At Wizard Creations, we digitize all of our own files in house and store them in our database, so once you digtize a logo with Wizard you never have to do it again!
