LOGISTICS: Wizard Creations has been Screen-Printing for over 25 years and we only use the highest quality screens, inks, and other necessary materials. Our South Florida Screen-Printing facility is over 10,000 square feet and is equipped with two manual five head presses as well as four automatic fourteen head presses. This technology gives us the ability to print minimum piece counts under 36 pieces, as well as large 5K piece jobs. We can print thousands of shirts per hour and even specialize in CMYK process printing, as well as Discharge printing.

QUALITY: At our shop we print all of our own films in house and store them in our dark room, so once you print a shirt with Wizard you can always "reprint with ease!" Since we have control over the full process, your logo is GUARANTEED to come out perfect, "in ink!"

Embroidery

LOGISTICS: Wizard Creations has over 20 Tajima heads in our South Florida facility and the ability to offer our customers embroidery up to a 15 color logo.

QUALITY: At our shop we also digitize all of our own files in house and store them in our database, so once you digitize a logo with Wizard you never have to do it again! Since we have control over the full process, your logo is GUARANTEED to come out perfect,"in threads!"

Vinyl Transfers

LOGISTICS: Wizard Creations has two heat press machines, as well as 1 hat press machine. These machines give us the ability to do custom letters, numbers, logos, and much more. The most common uses of this technology are used on the backs of jerseys and t-shirts. We also have seen a huge increase in using this application on moisture wicking tees and polos.

QUALITY: Our shop has been using vinyl transfers dating back before the company started screen-printing over 25 years ago. The materials have evolved greatly over the years in terms of quality and uses. Since we have control over the full vinyl process, your logo is GUARANTEED to come out perfect, "in vinyl!"
